Founded in Winter of Year 0 AGC, Tchargrad is a small port town of The Eternal Empire on the northern shore of The Great Basin. It is ruled by His Supreme Excellency, High Vizier Selune II ‘the Bedazzling’ of the Silken Palace. The major source of income for Tchargrad is the dredging of Weirdstone from the floor of The Great Basin.
