Cruel-Pox is a mysterious figure who rules the town of Amelager in The Eternal Empire of the Vulture-King. He arrived alongside the terrible plague that devastated the settlement - some say he is the embodiment of the disease itself. It is unclear whether he is human or monster, or both.
Cruel-Pox is commander of Cruel-Pox's Putrid Host.
